2. Acceptance of these Terms

9. Inactive accounts
If an account is inactive for an extended period, an inactivity administration fee may apply as described on the website, and Jackpot Lounge may contact you before applying any such fee.
10. Errors and malfunctions
If a technical issue or human error results in an incorrect balance, credit, or winnings, Jackpot Lounge may correct the account and reverse incorrect credits to the extent permitted by law and policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jackpot Lounge is not liable for losses arising from:
- interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond reasonable control,
- unauthorised use where the operator is not at fault,
- third-party services (payment providers, internet providers, device issues).
